Qantas should establish a seperate division for strike breakers, under the watchful eye of Geoff Dixon.
Last year we had the QF long Haul EBA, this year we have the AO, Jetstar, Eastern and QF Short Haul EBA. Bound to be a decent amount of cost involved to train and retain this division, which in turn will hopefully eat away at the bonus' senior management receive.
At the end of the day only a strike breaker can say they have been endorsed on all QF aircraft ranging from the 747 down to the Dash 8 all within a year without actually "crewing" any of them on actual flights.
