Engineer is absolutly spot on.
I have SATA you just need to look really carefully during windows setup. Sort of blink and you miss it type thing, so keep your eyes open at the start of the set-up but don't be suprised when it doesn't ask for the disk with drivers on until later in the installation. Or so I found!
