AIRBUS. Minimum Weight Limutation.

HI!

I´d like to know the reason for a minimum weight of 37.230 KG for a A-320. This limitation is stated in the FCOM 3. 3.01.20 " Weight Limitations".
I can not figure out the reason for this, even though the typical DOW is around 42.500 and it sounds imposible such a low weight.
