The commands are listed under the "Learning Center" then go to "View" and scroll down to "Moving the eyepoint". To move your eyepoint up while on finals hit shift+enter until you get the angle you are happy with and be prepared to hit spacebar as the wheels touchdown to revert the view to normal.
