Members are not creditors in their capacity as members.
AFAIK they, as members of a company limited by guarantee, are obliged to pay the amount they have agreed to contribute to the company's assets if it is wound up.
The amount will be in the club rules; I think it's a pound.
Of course, they could be creditors if they have paid in advance for flying, are owed wages etc.
And to add insult to injury; the club has persistently claimed to be the oldest flying club in the country. Wrong, I\'m afraid.
