Problem

The problem with contacting the press is that most of us really don't know what has gone on and what is going on now.
Also, unless you have very good evidence of wrong doing I cannot see that the press would be interested in what is basically an in house squabble about who takes over a collapsed business.
If the lease agreement says that Flying Training must be offered, then, presumably, whoever buys the place must be prepared to offer it, otherwise thier bid must ultimately fail.
What worries me about this is that if RMT has run up a bill of £17,445 already and the bid which has gone in fails, how much more will be expended in trying to resolve this?
Incidentally, the letter which went out to creditors said that if 10% of creditors wanted a meeting with RMT they had to give notice to RMT by 17 February, so time is running out if anyone wants to go down that route.
