As reported in a recent issue of Rotor and Wing. Cougar Helicopters of Halifax , Nova Scotia, Canada is suppose to be the S-92 launch customer. I believe they plan on basing {it /them} out of St.Johns
Newfoundland in support of the Hibernia project.
