I thought EOL was the lessor of ASDA, STOD, and TODA, minus any line up allowance? So, in essence, EOL can be ANY of the three, with the MOST limiting distance being the EOL?
STOD data surely WILL/MAY restrict TORA - considering that the obstacle gradient may impugn directly on the physical TORA (not ASDA naturally, since we are considering the GO case)
