I think a lot has to do with the burden of proof. To be sacked, it would have to be proven that it was you (in places where unfair dismissal exists <img border="0" title="" alt="[Roll Eyes]" src="rolleyes.gif" /> ) (based on balance of evidence ala civil cases).
