I was wondering if anyone knows of some good sources for research on VCA's.. .. .In Australia I have found the few BASI/ATSB reports, but was interested to know if anyone knows of some other reasearch that has been done either in Australia, Europe or the US. Especially in the area's of why they are occuring and what other countries are doing to try and reduce the number of VCA's.. .. .My e-mail is
