... and I almost forgot to tell that Air Finland is treating their pilots fair and proper way as first five of the F/O's on the seniority list have now been trained and promoted as Commanders! Instead of saving money by taking in some direct entry captains the Company is rewarding their own experienced F/O's by promoting them on the left seat.
So, for those guys it took only one year to move on a Commander's seat of the B-757, not bad... not bad at all...
