I'm in my second week of initial training and it is fantastic!!! The trainers are really nice and they really do want you to get through the training, so they will help you. I think my current trainer is in charge of training for that base.
Anyway, we were told the other day, that it really depends on your roster for the month. If you have a load of rubbish flights, you not always guaranteed to get a gr8 amount of money. However, if you have quite a good roster for the month, you could expect to get around £1500. It depends really on how hard you work on the a/c and the kind of passengers you get on board.
