It looks like spyware is becoming the biggest headache around. A quick look through this forum shows how prevalent it is and how easy infection can be. As a result, there are a huge number of ant spy applications available, both free and retail- however - a word of warning. Not all of the programmes are quite as kosher as they seem, some even install their own spyware when run.
I have seen some links posted to resources that could be viewed as of questionable repute ( this is in no way a criticism of the poster at all), so I thought it prudent to post this warning.
Before downloading an application to remove scumware, please check it out at this site, where there is a database of known rogue apps and vendors. The link is
