Makes me wonder when YMAV needs a proper Class D/E/C tower... Is there an establishment criteria? More PAX (and flights) using YMAV than YMAY and YBHM etc... If not already in the very near future...
Given the other forum on lack of ATCs and the need for TIBA, where would the ATC bodies come from?
