I don't have any data on these types but the costs vary so much, depening on the type of ops you're doing and the airline infrastucture under which they are operating, that your question is virtually impossible to answer. Try rephrasing it with a few more details like stage length, fuel price (where in the world will they operate) will maintenance be in-house or subed out?... Are the EMB aircraft new and therefore with very little fuel burn degradeation and new-aircraft maintenance costs. Or are they - like the F70/F100 - getting a little bit tired with ever-rising fuel and maintenance costs and ever-reducing reliability - which costs money.

Indirect costs are, by their very nature, independant of aircraft type and wholly dependant on the airline. Just compare BA and Ryanair. One cares for the customer and is staffed for that purpose and thus has indirect costs that are quite high. The other has very low indirect costs. Both business models have their place but they are two extremes that illustrate the point.
