Bonair posted job openings on a jobs website on Jan 26th and, among other aircraft types, asked for people with DC9 type ratings. They didn't give any specifics about what country's licenses they'd accept.
I see from their website that they are a school and charter company, as you said. Perhaps they are venturing into the airline business.
Visited IST in the past and loved the city, and have very good Turkish friends here in the US. Done a bit of reading and found Turkey to be a very interesting country so would like to take a shot at the DC9 job if Bonair is hiring for it.
