Have a look at Naples Air Center.
www.naples-air-center.com

They do JAA training including PPL, MEP, CPL and ATPL subjects and FAA training from PPL right through to ATPL and CFI. I went there from October 2003 through July 2004 and got everything I wanted to get done. Planes and instructors are real good, I had a great time while I was accross. If you do a search in this forum youll find there are heaps of folk who have been there and most have good things to say.

Hope this helps, if you have any questions feel free to drop me a pm.

ps - If you see this message Richard, Ive been flying the 1900 in New Zealand. 200kts down the ILS and 50kt winds in Wellington, that plane is far too much fun!
