I was doing a flight at VS the other day and it was the FSM's last flight as he was going in the other direction to DJ. He said he was going for 4 years though !!!.
The LHR station manager is looking into the exchange program (at my request) as it does not seem fair for the rest of the airline that this opportunity exists purely for cabin crew. The HR department are now looking to see if it can be extended to other areas of the company too.
