If you want to move 'up' from Publisher or Pagemaker then you should be looking at Adobe InDesign. It is their replacement for Pagemaker and if you've a registered copy of Pagemaker there is a cheaper upgrade. If you're creating multi-page documents and Word won't cut it for you, it's fantastic. Framemaker is being phased out - it's already gone for the Mac.
