RPCSS.exe?
Using W98se and this message has started to appear, I only know of its existance because of Zone alarm. I have done nothing new except changed my printer to a Lexmark and added a USB smartmedia card reader.
I thought rpcss was for WNT but having searched for this on the computer I see it listed as an application installed back in 1999 with a Microsoft file and listed as a distributed comm version.
Should I give it access, if so why and if not what is it doing? What happens if I delete this?
