In fact, on the one occasion where a first class seat upgrade was not available, I was almost embarrassed by the number of apologies offered.
Don't want to bash AC, as I usually get pretty good service on them, but I wish they would apologise to me as profusely as a Super Elite when they put dead-heading staff in J ahead of me.
