Tiime for a bit of a reality check. Mark if you would have to select someone for a course which is going to involve a lot more of that, and more intense than what you got exposed to so far, would you choose the nice chap who after getting back said 'can we have some more of that please' or the equally nice and able chap who has just barfed his guts out?
