It does look like its all comming to a bitter end ! Staff were informed today that January would be the last month that the company would be contributing to the medical aid scheme, this does leave a hole in many a pocket ! Many staff have been very loyal to this company, in fact it wasn't more than a week ago that the CEO requested the loyalty of the staff and then they take away benefits ? How does that work ?
The Rossair people that make it happen out in the field and in the ops rooom are still the best bunch of folk I have come across!
It will be a matter of days now before we see what happens to these great people.
