Most Contract staff at Rossair did that was required and when required,it is a pitty that they are treated like trash when they actually enter the Glass building,set aside for 90% of the problems Rossair are experiencing at the moment.This company has been trashed over and over,yet none of the culprits have been taken to task.Instead the major players are awarded huge bonusses.Rossair Avionics,I believe is a department of the past.Sure these statements are rumours,another is that all medicalaid and providentfund contributions had been suspended today?Does this also included the Directors?Had the leaders followed basic rules,this would never have had taken place.Those who have blamed the founder of Solenta should have considered the fact that basic principals had been drilled into the serving management,they in return build pedastals from which they launched the downfall thru greed.It is with pitty that a Great Company has to suffer the fall.Had the investors launched a independant inquiry,the origin of the problems would have been removed not intensified.The cats that cause the rats to abandone ship would be drunk shark fare!!
