wx planning minima
I understand that, in the UK, at the planning stage, for a non ETOPS flight, when selecting an alternate airfield for the destination you can (if you wish) ignore weather which is forecast as either or both prob 30 and tempo below the applicable procedure minima.
What I can't recall is the justification for this, can anyone help me?
