Well letīs be honest airmen, the French are a bit of a special case... They will
always be xenophobic towards any foreigners, just look at how they protect their market from easyJet, preventing us from getting additional slots at ORY. Itīs just not a level playing field in France.
Unfortunately a lot of European countries are members of he EU in theoriy only. When it comes to opening their markets to competition, they quickly find/create an excuse to prevent any competition and quietly subisize their national airlines.
Actually you being Swiss, I think you should be the last one to start kicking and screaming about unfair treatment if you see how the Swiss treat the European Union (Switzerland is not even a member of the EU, so why do you think you should be able to work in France??) and how they subsidized/created a new airline out of the bankrupt Swissair!
