This website is rather fantastic;
Airbus Driver . Contains a lot of useful information I reckon including lots of decent documents to download. If you have the time I strongly recommend buying the A320 Systems manual from
Impact Ink. I bought it a while ago and use it for all sims, it's such a good reference book. There are a few minor mistakes but I always cross-reference with my Airline manuals - so I'm sure it would be more than sufficient for a tech interview.
