Having a bit of trouble Liam, I downloaded CWShredder v2.12, checked for updates to which there were none, then ran the programme, but each time of 3 different attempts, the programme stopped, and the "Please tell Microsoft about this problem" Error reporter cropped up. The title merly says, "CWShredder has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience".
Looking at the programme, it appears to stall each time it gets to "CWS.Svchost32". After pressing either send error report or dont send, the programme closes. Any Idea's Liam?
If you don't mind me asking, is this Cool Web Search also the cause of my "trojan.bootcof" that Norton Av keeps advising me about?
