I've had a bit of everything during my career. Two minutes after T/O, when the gears are retracted, or at 10000FT (No Smoking sign off only in the galley as indicator from F/D).
I remember once, after a T/O in the F/D, I heard the Captain say while actioning the switch to signal the CC it was safe to walk around, "release the girls". "Should the boys remain seated then?" I asked
