Hi Seymour,
Great company to work for, very varied and interesting flying.
Rostering is a bit chaotic, so the roster could be quite unstable. However, I always found crewing and rostering very approachable, I always got the days off I needed, and crewing would try to help out if they could.
You sometimes have to ride shotgun (i.e. jumpseat safety pilot), not so much fun on a flight to Sharm El Sheikh! (handy tip - rip the cushion off from the 4th jump seat behind the skipper and use it for extra padding on the observers seat. And you can find pillows in the cabin!)
Management all very approachable, you even find the odd director out on the ramp at 0530 on a Sunday morning helping out!
Basic pay is about 90% of easyJet last I looked, + flight pay of £2.22 per hour.
Mix of -300 and -700 flying, -700s are very nice, -300s, erm, less nice.
I found the flying much more civilised than lo-co; you only do two-sector days with long turnrounds, and much longer sectors. Also, the airports you go to tend to be a bit more challenging. I flew to 18 new airports I'd not been to before in six months with them.
As ever, depends where you're coming from and what you're looking for; but I was very happy there.
