As EZS and EZY are two different companies, I heard that you have to do a new selection with EZS, quit EZY and sign a new contract wih EZS.
Furthermore I heard upgrading can take a long time in EZS (very little movement as few people quit EZS) so it´s only an attractive option if you already are captain. I guess that being a DE captain in EZS will not make you very popular with the FO´s that are waiting for a command.
Besides all of the above, can anyone tell me how it works to live and work in Switzerland as they are not part of the EU? Does one need a workingpermit?
