Jetstar are paying for the endorsement up front (and if you pass the final check you are offered employment)...you then pay for the endo over the next three years via a pre tax salary sacrifice system...clear enough?
I personnally think this is a vast improvement and a huge step back in the right direction...it will be interesting to see if
VB follow suite.
