Its Qwilla Air (spelling, I think). Went something like this... Director of Rossair, went to start Solenta, went to start Qwilla. I dont think there is any link other than past employment/ownership history regarding these three company's.
I certainly dont think that there is anything suspicious regarding the ownership, other than the person in question seems to run a good show considering that all company's did well under his management. There is also no link any longer as far as I am aware, so nothing sinister! Good guy, good manager, well respected in aviation - from my side anyway!
