Carpet, Your missing one point!!! It is a business and it is not for the customer to understand why its running badly. You pay your money and get a service.
If you took your car to be fixed and they did a crap job you would be annoyed, its as simple as that im afraid.
The fact that it is on an airfield need make no difference, customers are customers where ever they are and whoever they are!!!!
