Not only would I not expect, as a paying customer, to have to 'help out behind the bar' at what is quite clearly a commercial establishment, but I am certain that to do so would probably breach several of the mandatory nanny-state regulations governing such work; regulations which, like it or not, one simply cannot ignore these days.
