How can this be so?
According to the figures published by O/C Eng, on her thankyou letter to the line (if all you aircrew haven't seen it then look on the notice board outside the HLS crewroom), 100% tasking has been met almost all the time (K&J). A bit of creative number juggling has been going on I think.
