yes don't worry too much those are things you cannot control send in you application and see what happens
i failed 1st stage interview once, and last time my application was just rejected, but i'm not giving up, going on with my studies for this year, get some work experience and apply again, show them you love to get in and your dedication and never give up! we're still young ---- (20 OMG YOUR NOT IN YOUR TEENS ANY MORE /shocked)
