Not at Leeds, however, your question doesn't make a great deal of sense.

While there's an airport - they'll need ATCO's - simple.

If you're asking is it worth becoming an ATCO then - yes. The estimated shortfall of fully qualified Controllers throughout Europe is estimated to be 20% over the next couple of years.

However - not everyone who tries to become one does. It takes aptitude and doesn't suit everyone. Bearing in mind your previous few posts have all been concerned with professional pilot training don't think about going down this road unless you really want to.
