Once your a F/O, the deal seems pretty good to me. Salary is ok, so that ain't a problem. I don't know enough of QR to judge how it is to work for them. The only thing is...how long do you stay S/O? Because the earnings of a S/O could be better of course. But hey, at least it's a start
And so what if a c/a makes more than you. I don't care. If a person can manage whit this salary, it's ok for him. What other people earn don't matter. That's the way I think of it.
