www.mkairlines.com apperently their pay structure has changed and the crew now get paid a retainer and a daily rate for when they are at work, they seem to be working for 2-3 weeks at a time and then about the same time at home thats on average it may ofcourse vary with demand and crewing logistics.
The chaps do seem to get command rather quickly but with their current safety record this might get put on hold I would think.
