I'd check out the medical requirements for ATC before spending a single penny on ATC training or anything else, ATC's also have annual medical check's, and you may have a problem there.
As to the ATC training, goto
www.atchome.com and check out the database section, do a search for ATC's in Bournemouth and ask them.
Not being a UK ATC myself, that is the best I can do for you.
