Hi Viivi,
If you have a look at todays postings, under one titled "Help regarding careers" is a reply which has the website adresses for both the UK National Air Traffic Services and Eurocontrol.
I don't know if your limited experience will count for anything with either organisation, but you can only try.
For both organisations you must be a citizen of an EEC country.
If you get taken on by the UK NATS or Eurocontrol, you'll get all your training paid for by them, and be paid a reasonable salary.
You should be warned that competition for the places is very tough, as are the entry tests and subsequent courses. There is a high failure rate.
Otherwise, in the UK, you would have to pay for your own training, which equates to about UK £51,000 if you do ADC/APC and APR.
Although in the UK many non NATS operated airports do train and pay for their own staff to become atco's, it would be highly unusual for thenm to take on a non - Brit' on this basis.
Have you tried the Swiss CAA?
Best of luck anyway.
