Excel crew get 8% of total sales shared between the crew. Good on the longer flights with cigarettes and alcohol ie; SSH Total sales £2500/100 x 8 = 200/5ccm = £40 each.
Don't get anything for comp bars tho ie; special charters or delays which is a bit annoying!
