The answer to your question is - it various depending on the tactical situation at the time. If there are no EGNS outbounds to get in the way we may simply route the inbound to KELLY.
If there are outbounds however we commonly tie it up with Ronaldsway that they launch the outbound traffic towards the south-side of L10 and we'll give them the inbound traffic on a heading to keep it clear, on the north-side, as you say.
It all depends on what's happening in the area at the time.
As for the point of transferal of comms to EGNS APP - that varies too but it's always at the soonest point whereby we're sure they're clear of confliction and sure that they'll remain clear (as long as that point lies within Ronaldsway's radar range of course)
