Its a bit long winded to go into here, but it goes something like this:
Learning style assessment - works out how you think, and if you've got the "correct" attitude to studying and learning. It also assesses your math skills, lateral thinking and "ability to think in 3d"
ATC Knowledge test - they send you some notes and then ask you questions when you get there.
Chat with ATCO - lets you ask ATCO their opinion of the job and questions on CATC
You don't go into this blind, they send you practice papers and an information pack so you know what to expect.
