When was the last time the present SRG chaps plugged in to a sector to make the decisions? Are they required to do a certain amount of simulator time to keep up their currency?
Will the new NATS PLC be paying you ATCOs the same as senior jet captains? If you guys are looking after 20-30 shiny big birds, I reckon you should be on 20-30 times the average wage of the crews. That is what responsibility payments are all about in my side of the business.
