Good/Bad Examples of CRM
I am interested in a CRM Facilitator vacancy within my airline and am prepairing for the possibility of an interview. I am running the searches and looking at previous posts on CRM, but wandered if anyone out there has and examples of good/bad CRM they've come across whilst flying that they could share with me? Also any comments about CRM would be apreciated.
