Thanks for the encouraging words Ambi. If any of the pilots directly affected by this ruling would like to e-mail me and state their desire to address this age discrimination concern, then I may consider running with it. Perhaps they should also be hounding BALPA. It may suit airline pilots to retire early but there can't be many on shore chopper pilots who would not like the option to have a career up to state retirement age.
