Of course it's worth challenging! If our Antipodean/USA/Canadian cousins can soldier on past 60 without restriction(apart from the FAA limitation of no Captain of an airliner from 60+) then we should have the option in this part of the world also. But be prepared for a long slog, as the 'admirals in their barges @ FL370' and the EU regulators are not going to do anything until their forced to. Being a member of a pension action group at the present time whose case is going thru' Strasbourg, we don't expect to get a decision for another 2 years! It could be a long haul, advertise for names, & get a hopefully 'pro-bono' opinion from a lawyer & take it from there via a class action suit.
