I see the BALPA Web Site is showing the old T&C's for 2004, with todays date.
I'm sure I had seen the "New C Scale" there just recently.
Perhaps this indicative of a reversal?

Or is this just wishful thinking and I'm mistaken?

Any thoughts anyone??
